1. We personally supervise every construction site on a daily basis!
2. Before, during and after building your dream home, the Builder and/or
Supervisor is
always available for you to address your questions or concerns
immediately. We
offer the
most personal service you ever experienced. Also, we offer you personal
assistance in
selecting colors and materials, and we advise and inform you on all
available possibilities
to make your home a better investment!
3. During construction we will email you 200-300 pictures of the
progress of your home. Also,
we maintain a homepage where you can watch the actual construction
progress!
4. There will never be any additional costs at closing, unless it is
based on a request or change
order by the homeowner!
5. Prior to the beginning of construction, we provide you with detailed
blueprints, showing all
details like Kitchen, Showers, Bathtub, Measurements, etc. sealed by a
Florida Engineer. Also
we select our sub-contractors very carefully using best building
materials anywhere! |
