Rolling greens and lush fairways spreading out in every direction under
a cloudless Florida sky. The weather's great. The courses are great. All
in your backyard.
That's exactly how Rotonda's four golf courses were planned. The Hills.
The Palms. The Links. Long Marsh. Four emeralds in a spectacular setting
bathed by gulf breezes. Challenging, well-maintained fairways that provide
a new golfing experience with every round.
It all began in 1972 when The Hills, with its clever water hazards and
narrow greens, opened to rave reviews from serious and casual golfers alike.
Then came The Palms in 1989, with its wide-open design and multi-tiered
greens to test a golfer's skill and patience. By the time play began on
The Links in 1990, Rotonda already had a reputation for fine golf as well
as fine living. The Links, everyone thought, was the crowning touch. But
that was before Long Marsh opened.

Designed by renowned
golf-course architect Ted McAnlis, Long Marsh adds a new dimension to the
golfing experience at Rotonda. Literally carved from 300 acres of live oaks,
pines and palmettos, Long Marsh meanders through wetlands and hammocks and
rolling savannahs. This par-72 course took 2 years of planning and construction
to take full advantage of breathtaking views and serenity. But don't be
misled. Long Marsh has an attitude. Fairways for golfers who think; Greens
for golfers who can be challenged and still keep their cool. Who says easy
living has to be boring?
In 2005, Pinemoor Golf Course opened with another challenging 27 holes.
And there's more to come. Pine Valley is scheduled to open in 2008, which
brings Rotonda West to a remarkable 108 holes of golf, bordering friendly
neighborhoods and great homes.
All of this within a couple minutes drive ...
